Hello all! Today i am super duper excited to share with you a new release mermaids from Aurora Wings (EEEEk!!! Mermaid!! And there are 2 of them!!! >o< ) Super happy when seeing them for the first time lol. Here is the first image: Summer Sprite With Watermelon. I am making them as a twin, like my zodiac, Gemini ^^ Here is the mix media journal cover that i make with her.
And here is the close up image of her. Coloured using copic markers and sakura gelpen. You can get her at Aurora Wings store as JPG and PNG or at Etsy Store as JPG or PNG.
Here is the detailed picture of the cover. Using many Prima Finnabair product on the background. Love all the mist and the paints, so shimmery and sparkle in real. Add some scrapiniec chipboard and my spoon collection that perfect for the project.
Here is the journal detailed
Here is the second image. Meet.... Mermaid Marisol!!!! She is the grown up version of the summer sprite. Can you guess which one is she when was a child? ^^ She is one of few Aurora Wings image that has her own name, named by our gal Donna. I found out the meaning of Marisol is: derived from Spanish words for sea (mar) and sun (sol). So amazing and perfect for her! Here is another mix media journal cover that i make with her
nd here is the close up image of her. Coloured using copic markers and sakura gelpen. You can get her at Aurora Wings store as JPG and PNG or at Etsy Store as JPG and PNG.
Here is the detailed look of the mix media. Also use many of the Prima Finnabair products. Here i applied paints amd wax, also spray some mica powder too. All so sparkly and metallic effect in real. But my most fave one is the spoom, here you can see the top of spoon has a crystal on top of it. Making it so mystical. I also add some art stone and scrapiniec chipboard too.
xoxo

Oh WOW, Silvia! Your fabulous mixed media projects are just blowing me AWAY! The texture and colors and layering of amazing elements is the coolest thing EVER! Absolutely GORGEOUS coloring on them all, as well. Love how you've done the twins. Too cute! xxD
ReplyDeleteWow, both are so beautiful and full of lovely details to look at x
ReplyDeleteI've said it before, but I'm going to say it again - I love your coloring, Silvia! Your use of sapphire blue is something magical. They always have such an inner glow, an otherworldly vibration that just captures the imagination. Love the twinsies babies in coordinating colors. What a clever idea! And the grown-up Marisol is a vision to behold. What a breathtaking project! Thank you so much for this awesome inspiration for today's new release showcase at AWSB! Mitzi xxx
